Not taking Hutchinson #1 last year was a classic example of a team just over thinking it. Not saying Walker is a horrible player, but Hutchinson is already such a beast. He already causes so much havoc.

You can say it. Walker was an awful pick (Sorry DOT). But it's true. He wasn't productive in college.

Haha I was trying to be nice to DOT. But ya this was a classic case of Hutch easily being the better player, but Walker had those great combine numbers. I totally would get if Hutch put up bad combine numbers. But he put up solid numbers. Nothing about him physically would make you think "not sure he will be able to continue to do what he does on the next level."

And all that has happened is Walker still looks like that raw athlete who is far away from being anything. While Hutch is that super disruptive beast, just like he was at Mich. And I say this as a Vikings fan who is pissed that I have to see Hutch go against my team multiple times every year.

I feel like DET really under utilitzes their high end assets on offense. St Brown should be in the same level of targets as guys like Keenan Allen, JJ, Hill and so on. I dont expect the same high level stuff as JJ and Hill, but he should be like a Keenan Allen guy. And the continue under utilization of Gibbs just doesnt make sense to me.

Kirk and Al have zero chemistry. But with that said, Ive been digging the Al who just gives zero (you know whats) this year. The dude is so checked out I enjoy it. Last week he just kept blowing up all the stuff the production crew was trying to do.

Ya just so much wasted potential with this offense right now. They run such a basic offense even though they have such a beast of an offensive line. And ya I totally get keeping Mont involved. Its the fact that in 3 games he has missed a game already and still has more carries than Gibbs and tonight we are looking at 10 to 3 touches. This really needs to be a 50:50 kind of thing when it comes to touches. And ya St Brown is a beast of WR and needs more targets.

Even with all that said, this is a damn good team. As a fan of a team in the NFC North, I really hope they dont figure it all out because they really have all the core pieces you want in a young team.
