For the season.

that was a big red flag in his pre-draft scouting. right now he's averaging 10 points a GAME and only 8 assists on the season. he's played 330 minutes (21 games). i feel like you could pick up an assist per game just by accident.

Notorious ball stoppers get more than one assist per game all the time. Definitely glad we passed.

Cam is looking like he could end up Bey like... good enough to be an end of rotation player, but not really a difference maker. Someone who can score points in this league (unlike Hayes) if given the FGAs, but not something who's going to create for others or play both sides of the ball. I think Cam is fine for where he was picked he just doesn't have what you want for someone at #5 or #6. Cam is likely to have a long NBA career IMO just like Bey, but I don't think either of those guys are ever good starters on good teams.

Would they take Wiseman for him?

Idk he's playing well and even with his tunnel vision. I think people here are a little bit butt hurt about it.

The guy I'm mad about us not getting a chance at is Miller guy would be perfect for us damn.

on ESPN's Rookie Ladder, Ausar was #3 for quite a while and now he won't even be playing in the Rook-Soph game...

Where did the divenzinco sg for knicks come from? 26. First year I’ve heard of him. Seems to be a shooter and can get steals.

Maxey dropped 51 last night guy is a walking bucket. Sad how many fans in the draft thread that year wanted him when he fell.

That said Weaver could of had 5 picks in that 2020 1st round with pick 1 and we still wouldnt of walked away with any of Edwards,Melo,Bane,Haliburton, or Maxey.

Never forget:

Yes it was also reported that he was high on Patrick Williams

Weaver could have had #1, #4, #7, #16, #19 and we've have Wiseman, Williams, Hayes, Bey, Stewart as the starting five of the future.

Yeah looking a little deeper he has been, just getting more pt this year maybe a late bloomer, but past 3 games he been hot. Brunson as well, but he’s well known now

Seeing Jrue wind up in BOS was interesting. And now MIL trying to see if they can snag Smart??? Sounds unlikely, but dang that would be a heck of a series.

On the other hand, what happens if Siakim doesn't make Indy better? And are the Knicks legit?? Brunson is ballin.

Just seems like a lot of good stories this year. OKC sooner than expected. Wemby as advertised. It's been a fun season so far.

Siakam in Indy is interesting for sure. If Indy ends up having to give Haliburton the super max because he makes the all-nba team this year then they also have to give Siakam 5 years $250 million to keep him that severely limits what else they can add to that puzzle unless their ownership is willing to pay the tax.

Siakam's stats are good with the Pacers but the team hasn't been winning (could also be because Haliburton is playing injured). If they fall to the play-in spots and then don't make the playoffs you'd have to think they would hesitate to give Siakam a full five year max.

The East is just so competitive that even if you improve it may not be enough to move up. MIL/BOS are legit. PHI literally just entered limbo, but was entering that conversation. NY & CLE are both playing very well. MIA can't be ignored, and even teams like ATL feature multiple All-Stars that score 120 on average. It's brutal.

Siakim is a good player, but it's not enough. And somebody else will offer him more on the open market because you are right, that is too much money to tie up in a roster that is still fighting for the play-in.

Knicks are for real. Brunson is why. Boston is probably going to move brown this off season. I don’t think they have what it takes, not sure why they fold in crucial moments

Hoopshype had sources showing the following

Memphis is interested in Killian
Lakers checked in on Gallo
Denver wants Mr. Nugget (Monte Morris) back.

Denver doesn't even have the salary to trade for Morris.

They would need to send Nnaji's unwanted salary and some crap young players and we would need to waive 2 guys. Max we would get back is a very ate 1st which is not even worth taking on Nnaji's salary.

Like Monte Morris + waive Knox who have been starting for us + waive Wiseman to lose a lot of cap space next seson eating Nnaji + Peyton Watson + Julian Strawther + 2024 very late 1st.

Bad expirings + 2nds are better than this crap.

Memphis also doesn't have salaries to match for Killian. It would need to be a 3 teams with Oladipo's salary going somewhere else and a smaller expiring coming to Detroit.

I don't see a reason. Just waive Killian, and keep Morris.

The Pistons also remain engaged with the Grizzlies on a potential Killian Hayes trade with the sticking point second-round draft pick compensation, leaguesources told HoopsHype.
