Not that it matters much because more trades are going to happen within the next 20 hours... but right now.

C: Duren (33) / Musc or Dano (15)
F: Stew (29) / Ausar (19)
F: Bojan (31) / Font (17)
G: Ivey (29) / Burks (19)
G: Cade (33) / Sasser (15)

Is this how we're cooking if everyone is healthy?

One of Hayes or Wiseman getting chopped.

No thanks

Vincent, some random incentive to Washington.
Gallinari to the Lakers from Detroit and Wright to the Lakers from Washington. Washington sends Patrick Baldwin Jr to Detroit, Pistons get some random second round pick because I don’t think we can get more cash this season.

Wizards take on another contract to add picks, Lakers add some depth pieces for cheap, Detroit participates.

Not blown away by any means by Baldwin, just figured Washington would need to unload a second player and his contract isn’t awful.

That or just keep Detroit out of it. Either way Vincent to Detroit, no thanks

We literally moved him last year at the deadline too. I kind of want to resign him this summer as our 14th or 15th man just so we can go for 3 deadlines in a row.

Four way deal he went to Portland, Portland sent GPJr to GS, we sent Bey to Atlanta, GS sent Wiseman to us, Atlanta sent 5 second rounders to Portland.
Bag on Knox all you want, but I swear we've gotten more overall usefulness outta him than any other team. Lol

I think I'd probably give the Fontecchio trade a B grade, the Morris deal probably a C or D.

I'm expecting another move before the deadline, and I think its going to be Bojan on the move

All I want out of this deadline is the owed future first back from the NYK. I don't care about any other deal.

Pelicans now linked to Murray with the Hawks. Report says likely not to include CJ McCollum in the deal, either.

McCollum
Murray
Ingram
Zion
Valanciunis (although he just got hurt last night or a couple nights ago)

I like that lineup. My best friend is a Pels fan, so I do have a slight vested interest in them.

Jalen Duren / Isaiah Stewart / Mike Muscala / James Wiseman
Bojan Bogdanovic / Ausar Thompson / Danilo Gallinari
Simone Fontecchio / Troy Brown Jr / Joe Harris
Jaden Ivey / Alec Burks / Shake Milton
Cade Cunningham / Marcus Sasser / Killian Hayes

Probably this, or maybe we're still starting Stewart at the 4, since we have a clueless coach and a clueless GM.

At this point I just don’t want to see us cut a player and be done for the day. 2 for 1, 1 for pick, 3 for 2 all better than that. Obv depending on players.

That would be fabulous.

I don’t think we can get it back. Bogey/Burks doesn’t fetch that IMO.

TBH we’ve already exceeded what I expected in terms of deadline activity. Woj says the Burks talks are ones to watch. We’ll see.

Yeah, i feel like Monty’s gonna start Stew until we have a guy that is a lot better than him and ONLY plays the 4. Until then, we’re gonna run these weird lineups.

Yesterday there were reports of Burks going to the Knicks. It's probably for bad salary and a bad 2nd but I think Burks will be traded, he have been really good despite of his slump after his injury

26% from deep in November, 31% in December and he's been about 45% since Jan 1st. He was a big reason we didn't win a game in especially November but also December but its crazy how good he's been the past 5 weeks or so.

It took some time for him to get his rytm back after the injury. That's a positive thing Monty did as a coach, he never gave up on Burks, and he has been a big reason why we won most of our games this season. He was a beast in the first 4-6 games before his injury and he has been a beast in 2024.

Monte Morris will also go back being a 39% 3 point shooter.

And KO officially fetches a first rounder. Are we still sure we 100% won the bogey trade?

He was also traded with a recent lottery pick.

I can see why after seeing the Hield deal. I don't see Weaver trading either of these guys for 2nds.
