Cade Cunningham is not listed on the #Pistons injury report, so he’s good for tomorrow’s game vs. the #Pacers. Simone Fontecchio (left big toe) & Taj Gibson (right hamstring) are questionable. Isaiah Stewart (hamstring), Ausar Thompson (illness) & Quentin Grimes (knee) are out.

Will be a fairly depleted team if all of the above are out. Wonder what the PF rotation will be.

Yeah, right after we sign him for the remainder of the year.. It's a good move that can only help us, but not THAT much of a difference maker, especially a guy who'll only play when others are injured.

We should start Cunningham at the 3, Tooson at the 4, Duran, Fourier, and Ivey. Ivey and Cade share the ball handing duties. I think Tooson could be a really good role player for us, if he gets a chance.

Writer's have to write, but overall I don't think James Edwards III is really that great, he's usually late to the party and states the obvious. He's also in love with Stewart, even in this article he expands the core4 to include Stewart. Replacing Stewart in the starting 5 with a decent shooter helps go a long ways. I'm not sure I'd write off Ausar or Duren from not being able to shoot in the future either, Duren I think picks up things well, just hasn't ever needed to shoot from any type of distance, Ausar form is bad but lots of guys with bad form figure it out via repetition and become good shooter, Ball/Haliburton to name a couple. Too early to write Ausar/Duren off. I always think of McGrady's rookie year when I think of Ausar.

The Knicks played Weaver with that Grimes trade. Guy has been nothing but listed as OUT or clanking bricks the rare times he's on the court. Yay for him that he had his revenge game against the Knicks, the one game he actually showed up for coincidentally, but he's been nothing but a wasted roster spot otherwise. I say this as somebody who was a fan of the trade initially.
The Fontecchio trade offsets it but still....
