And now USC is cannibalizing Arizona State as well.

:lol: I should have written it there too: I expected that one as well. Pac-12 cannibalism strikes again!! (Also, USC was better than their record, ASU was worse, and USC was at home.)

Pac-12 has a lot of aggressive offenses, fast-paced games, and risky play-calling. I think that leads to higher variability in results. When both teams are playing risky/aggressive, there are more cases of the lesser team getting lucky/the better team getting unlucky.

It almost seems like it's bound to happen. I won't be surprised at all if the Pac gets left out of the playoff this year.
