Week 1

Post#1 » by Pacers_Freak » Mon Aug 26, 2019 1:52 pm

Here we go! Jacked to get started this week. Nothing better than college football. The freak went a respectable 35-29-1 last year. hoping to produce some more winners this year. Let's look at who I'm on week 1.

I've got 5 games that I'm playing right now. May add a couple.

Purdue/Nevada over 58.5 Purdue returns a lot of fire power from an explosive team last year. Defense is something to be desired for the Boilers. Nevada isn't scared of getting into a shootout themselves.

Oklahoma State/Oregon State over 74 Oregon State can't stop anyone. Oklahoma state can't stop anyone. Will be a fun late night game to watch on Friday night.

Kansas -3.5 vs. Indiana State My favorite game of the week. I know Les has a mountain to climb in Lawrence but c'mon he ain't losing to Indiana State in game 1. Coach Mallory has done a nice job with the program but I feel they over achieved last year. Kansas wins by multiple scores.

Syracuse -17.5 @ Liberty Cuse roll here. Liberty is a new D1 program and just not there yet. Got drubbed by Auburn 53-0 late last year. Not enough to compete with the big boys yet. Dino has the Cuse rolling in the right direction and they roll in week 1.

FSU/Boise over 53.5 Think what you want about the Briles family's character with the situation at Baylor. But, they can flat out score points. Kendall Briles is the new FSU offensive coordinator. If a Briles is calling plays.... 53.5 is entirely too low.

Kind of leaning Va Tech and Indiana but not official plays. May add later into the week. Especially when IU makes a QB announcement.

That Oregon loss is a huge blow for the Pac12, Oregon clearly was the better team but still lost. If Washington or Utah don’t go undefeated I can’t see a pac 12 team making the playoff

iowa won! typical slow start while the team gets its feet under it and eventually just wear the other team down. looked good in the second half. hopefully our left tackle's injury isn't too serious

wisconsin looked good, they might have rebounded from their down year. the rest of the big ten west looked a little choppy outside of illinois(!) and iowa's second half
