^Chandler was a back up QB and got paid like a back up before going to the Super Bowl. He only became elite when he joined the Falcons. Chandler's small contract allowed the Falcons to get some big time players on the Defensive side, which helped shut down the Randy Moss Offense.

Cousin's contract on the other hand is a whole different story...
