I really like what Kispert has become.. I liked him in the draft process compared to the other wings in that range

How did Landry Shamet get to be minus 22. The other Wizards starters are not close to minus 22. My picture of Shamet from others teams is that he was a decent player who made a defensive effort even when losing and on a bad team.
