Always thought about that. Trading lottery picks is a terrible idea especially since the 99 draft was stocked with point guards. I mean we did get a solid veteran point guard out of it, but Terry would have changed the Warriors luck earlier than later.

yeah, mookie was a great player with the Hawks and when he came to the Warriors he was a...SOLID point guard. Not a scrub and not a all-star....but solid.
