Comments to rationalize bad contracts -
1) It's less than the MLE
2) He can be traded later
3) It's only __% of the cap
4) The cap is going up
5) It's only __ years
6) He's a good mentor/locker room guy

I'd go Pascal Siakam, but I'm not as keen on these prospects as some of the other guys here.

I went Malcolm Brogdon (other) also... although "other" only has 1 vote, so not sure what happened there.

Switched things around - he's now included and you can change your vote if it's not already where you like.

That's at least 3 votes for Brogdon: azwfan, ChuckDurn and myself.
The hottest of takes...

Looks like it's time for my yearly shoutout to Caris Lavert. Been carrying a torch for him as a warrior going on three years now.

Brogdon is probably the safest bet of that mix. Brogdon was arguably a better player then Justin Anderson at Virginia who proved to be a real force defending the wing this past year.

I must confess to not knowing much about most of these guys apart from Simmons and Ingram.

From the videos ive seen i like the look of Guerschon Yabusele and Zhou Qi but cant see us going foreign.

I'm all over Deandre Bembry....mark it down folks, the kid would fit us like a glove. Multi skilled and maybe the best passer in the draft.

I'm cool with Brogdon, who is really strong and a leader.

Jared Uthoff - 6'10" with 3 point range.

Zhou Qi? Really folks? Wang Zi Zi......amongst other long reaches.

I like Brodgen, but I don't know if I love him, nor do I love his fit. Why does everyone feel like he's such a good fit?

We got the 30th pick in the draft. Don't need to love him, and don't need to love his fit. I just like him because i think he can play in the NBA at a fairly adequate level right away. Given this mock draft, there are not a lot of players that i feel that way about. I don't think he has the most upside however. When all is said and done, i'm just hoping we can get someone who can play Brandon Rush / Andy Varejao / Ian Clark like minutes. Doesn't need to play a lot but don't want to be afraid to put him in.
