The 8 man rotation is all but set if/when Wiggins returns

Curry/BP/Moody/Kuminga/Green
CP3/Wiggins/TDJ or Looney

with GP2/Klay/Saric being used situationally

I love watching Steph play, but tonight the Dubs have a 10 point lead with 1:20 to go, and he hoists up a three with 13 seconds left on the shot clock. Does he just get bored with easy wins? Sometimes ya just gotta shake your head.

That makes me rage too, but like what can you do? It's Steph. The dude has so much leeway.

The race for that 6th spot will be a bloodbath. So many good teams in the West. Mavs just lost so we're knockin' on their door.

Strange to be supporting the Timberwolves, but unfortunately the Kings beat them.

I greatly appreciate what Klay and Kerr have done for GSW, am sure they along with Curry and Green will be firm friends for the rest of their lives which is great, and that all 3 of the vet trio as well as Kerr, and not just Steph Curry, will be the most iconic personnel ever associated with the franchise when retired.

I would be extremely happy to be proved wrong by Kerr, but to me it just looks like old post injury Klay can’t be a starter because it affects the team both defensively and offensively, with Curry and Green seemingly more focused on getting Klay going than winning the game, and can’t be a finisher because whatever defensive capability he has left is gone when his legs are tired at the end of a game. He looks most valuable to the team to me as a 6th man providing instant offense off the bench and sure he could be played situationally for more minutes or even in the closing lineup if he has one of his otherworldly shooting nights. With Moody tonight it almost looked at one stage to me that Kerr put Klay back in to show he still had offensive chops after Moody had looked good offensively in this game as well as in other facets of play, but I guess Moody played the most minutes on the team in the end.

Klay was better in the 2022 play-offs than he has been since, perhaps because he was fresher, and if he had played at even that level consistently since then I could understand still starting him. At the moment it looks like if you play him it will come, which seems unlikely to occur medically, and if peak Klay miraculously did re-appear he could be switched back to being a starter anyway.

Seems kind of ridiculous we’re 5 games over .500 and we’re only the 10th seed

Let’s see how Moody and Kuminga do against the clovers

Taking care of business.
All good but we still lose to the Nuggets in the Western conference finals.

Took make the Warriors my championship favorites I need some magic tweaks of which two out out of 3 won’t happen.
The plausible tweak is Looney getting back to peak Looney.
Ridiculous tweak one, replace Klay with peak Klay.
Ridiculous tweak two, replace Trayce with Trayce Bogut, best of a 7 foot experienced Trayce and a more mobile Bogut.

Trayce Bogut would be my primary Jokic defender with peak Looney and Draymond backing him up.

We are not way far off from beating the Nuggets but the Nuggets should beat us. Would we be able to beat the Nuggets if Jamal Murray was out injured like he way in 2022; maybe; but Jokic is better than he was in 2022.

Return to Golden State Warriors
