Closer than I expected but we still lost.
Curry and Klay failed to bail us out with miracle shooting in the last few minutes.

Like how did Klay play the most minutes off the bench? Why did curry only play 29 min and Klay 32?

I thought the end was near until MDJ made us keep seeing this mess for 2 more years. :banghead:

Playing Klay at SF is not midget ball. Wiggins at PF and TJD at center is big enough.

Issue was just **** play by those guys as soon as they got out there.

Giving Curry, Kuminga a bit of rest is not horrible to start the 4th.... At somepoint Cp and these others guys can't chit the bed.

Against Minny, that is midget ball. I rather see a few minutes of Looney.

Dumb play to finish, dumb coaching to start the 4th. Kerr is the problem.

Everyone is on fire shooting threes against us because we are too small and overhelping.

Lmao Kerr literally saving Steph for future games. He just has no urgency to win a regular season game.

We’re going to need Steph to carry us this road trip. Don’t want to tire him out at the first game. At what point do you just try to win a game?

Just point out what's best for the team. We have like 10% of chance winning 2 playin in a row so what's the point? This team is badly flawed and is not going to win any playoffs games even We end up there

Maybe Kerr is playing 4d chess. Y’all want Klay back well this is the Klay you’re signing. We’re going to run everything through Klay so you can see what he is. And we’re going to miss the play in because of it. Woohoo!! It’s a great time out.

Didn't see the game but quick back of the envelope take based on box score watching is that Kerr did start a more compact lineup. Based on +/- and minutes played Podziemski was probably the weakest link. Game result supports my theory that while Podziemski is like Donte in that he might be a solid back of the bench role player you'll want someone better in the playoffs. If the team fielded today is the one that Kerr expects to take to the playoffs then I don't like our chances to contend.

While the loss seems bad this is actually very valuable information that can be a big positive if it is interpreted correctly and the proper lesson is taken away. The team needs to find someone better. Is it Moody? Is it Spencer? Don't know but you have to try and find out.

What's the point of anything? Trade everyone, sell the franchise, move the team to Albuquerque!

Stop being such a whiny emotional fan, and understand that making the playin would be huge for us in a very middling year where our stars are ageing rapidly. We'd have a good chance at winning a couple of games to then make the 1st round, which is a huge piece of experience for the younger guys, and would also benefit the franchise's revenue and players also from bonuses associated with achieving those marks as part of their contracts.

Quit your whining, support the team. We aren't what we once where, no team stays on top for long and our reign has been long, be grateful. Support the guys remaining years, even if they aren;t now able to beat the new top, younger teams.

Kerr is trying really hard to get podz on the floor, but I think he realized the size crunch they have.

1h, he focused more on defense with gp2 getting alot more burn. And he didn't want to limit klay and cp3 minutes, so sat podz because 4g line ups don't work (adaption, baby).

Wiggins at pf is midget ball. He weighs less than steph. Playing him at pf has been bad this year, it's a stark contrast to his numbers at sf. Because when he is at pf, kerr trots out the t-rex trio (podz, cp3, and klay).

It’s crazy that Kerr is so secure in his job that he freely states winning games in the regular season is not the goal. Winning this game is just a bonus we’ll try to win the next 5 games with this attitude.

Dubs tonight were -16 for the first 6 minutes of the fourth quarter. A total collapse. This team is REALLY hard to watch at times.

I know everyone here is a better coach than Kerr, but I'm still not convinced that having 4 of your best 8 players in their mid 30s, and 3 more as first year contributors, is a winning formula for success.

Lacob should have his stable of statisticians see if there's a hidden lineup somewhere that Kerr hasn't yet tried. There's just gotta be a yet-to-be-discovered magic lineup that will beat good teams!!!! Find it and then play it 48 minutes a game.... So easy a caveman could do it!!!!!
