Tjd is just such a good fit. He allows dray to be the best version of himself. With jk, it's all about everyone adapting to him on offense and defense. With tjd, he adapts to dray steph, etc.. it's kinda like moody. And like podz. All 3 are system fit types while jk is by far the most talented player who can play, but might not be the ideal fit to maximize steph, klay, and dray.

Read that the best defensive trio in the nba in the past 2 weeks has been dray, tjd, and wiggins.

In the same past 2 weeks, the dubs have the 4th best defense during that span. And during our 6 game win streak, we've beaten the no.1, no.3, and no.5 ranked defenses. I know people have been critical of our offense, but we've faced 3 top 5 defenses in our past 6 games., yet our offense was still ranked 10th.

Shocking absolutely nobody on this board

It sucks that the best player available for JK this year was probably Caruso, that we heard about. I would've traded him for OG. I still hold out hope that Ainge will be willing to trade Lauri.

Don’t know how Houston is right behind us in the standings, they play zero defense

I think the majority of casual fans equate great game or good player based on points scored. Jordan poole"the steph replacement" anyone? So, guys like tjd and moody tend to go unnoticed. Even dray doesnt get the respect he deserves because he doesnt score enough.

Middling defense and top 3 offense the past couple of months. Unfortunately they ran into a brick wall called the dubs defense.

Yea their vaunted defense was soft. They're not physical at all. But then again they're really young and don't have their grown man strength yet. Their 11 game win streak was a mirage against a bunch of tank commanders.

Just looking at our salary.

We have 3 players in the top 50 for salary this year. 1st, 12th, and 43rd. Mjd really lucked out with podz and tjd. We are getting great value from them.

They scored like 6 points in the first 6 min or something like that.

I wonder if Wigs plays tonight. Hope he does.

Defense has really taken a step forward and as long as the defense remains like this then we have a shot to beat anyone.

While I agree that those are great wins, especially Dallas and the road wins over miami/orl, we've played some bottom of the league offenses during this stretch (with the exception of Dallas). I think playing Mia, Orl, Cha and SAS really helped our defense look good.
