It was dead back in 2014. Now that it is 2017 and almost 2018, its even more dead.

The only way for this board to erupt; 2 ways only. We get to the AFC Title game. Or The Bills somehow land Andrew Luck in a trade with the Colts within now and Draft Night. That's it.
- Forget 100 percent healthy. Colts not sure if Andrew Luck will ever be 85 percent healthy. It's been over a year and he still has not thrown a football. He will not throw a football until training camp. Huge concerns here for Colts.
- He has missed 1.5 seasons of football. That's a lot.
- Durability is now a major red flag.
- Luck's relationship with owner Jim Irsay has gotten bad. Irsay implied that Luck is soft.
- Colts current roster is bad and cannot provide protection for Luck. The major reason why Luck got hurt in the first place.
- Andrew Luck has a huge mega contract. Colts probably not sure if they want to pay him.
- Bills has the picks to support a Luck trade. Colts can keep their #3, get Bills' 2 firsts 2018, 2 seconds 2018, third 2018 and first in 2019.
- If Colts trade Luck to Bills, Colts is stacked in 2018 NFL Draft with 12 draft picks. That's very appealing to fill holes with young quality guys and a top QB prospect. Colts GM Chris Ballard looks like a super hero. They can restart immediately.
- Luck's agent probably doesn't want his guy to waste his time in Indy with such a bad roster. Bills is a playoff team right now.
- Colts are officially in rebuild mode. Even the most die hard Indy fans admit this. Since they know, GM Chris Ballard knows. Since he knows that means Andrew Luck and his agent recognize this. Luck will be pissing his time away in Indy; time wasted for nothing.
It's a perfect storm of circumstances for Colts to trade Luck to us. I don't think it's going to happen, but that would make me visit this place more.

If there is any silver lining from last year, it is that McDermott made an impact in establishing a culture and clearing cap space for the Bills. McDermott has gotten value for dropping dead weight and is actually serious about winning. While I do not really credit him for making the playoffs, he definitely has improved the players from a discipline standpoint. Penalties were down this year. Now it is time to draft a QB and see who prevails in training camp. I just hope the Bills can actually throw the ball this year.
