Game # 14 Panthers at Chargers

Game between two teams who disappointed this season. The 4-9 Panthers at the 5-8 Chargers. Both coaches are on the hot seat. Loser of this one might see the last nail in the coffin in his tenure.

I like us in this one. As I was telling a friend, SD seems to be getting more credit for beating 7-5 Pittsburgh than we've been getting for beating 11-1 Atlanta. Cam should have a big day.

Panther explosion in the 1st. 21 - 0. Tolbert has 2 TD runs, and Cam has a TD pass to Williams. Terrific game!

Love Tolbert today. This is why I preach good FB play. Whole team's clicking, 24-0 now.

31 - 0 after a Cam TD pass to Smith. Cam is 17/30 for 219 yards and 2 TD's. Very good game by the Defense today as well. Panthers playing hard and trying to save Rivera's job.

31 - 7 final. Terrific game by the Panthers. Entire team was solid.

Team has looked really impressive the last three weeks. It's a shame that we couldn't get this kind of production earlier in the season.

A couple bounces the right way (TB, pick one of the first ATL game or KC) and this team's 7-7. I'm not nearly as disappointed about this season after the past four games.

Totally agree. The only downside is that we are pushing our draft pick in 2013 down a few picks. The big DT from Utah will be gone Top 3, and we will likely be in the #8 - #10 pick.

For a young team, taking the wins and building confidence is more important. No point being thought of as a sadsack for an extra five spots in the draft. If there's a guy who's that important, we have enough assets we can trade up.
