It's probably a good gamble on him ending his career in a blaze of glory. Only $9M guaranteed so it's not as big a gamble cap wise. What I don't like about it is he's another guy that Pace had elsewhere when he was in his prime. It's the NFL not the turn back the clock league, I wish he had a wider range of thinking than the guys he knew 10 years ago.

It's an overpay and a signing much later into FA after striking out on same or possibly cheaper deals like Olsen, Walker, and Ebron who might not have upside but didn't start declining 4 years ago under Pro Bowl QBs.

Trevathan and Quinn I can understand this I cant.

They could have gotten Graham for 2-4M or even a camp deal. There was no demand for his sevices. He was talking retirement after last season. With the extra money we probably could have retained KPL or signed Vonn Bell, Deone Bucannon.....

I like it, is it an overpay sure is. But te draft class is weak as hell which enflates prices. You bank on his stats from last year(which was better than 6 players ?) and hope Burton is healthy, I'd try to trade Shaheen for anything really. Focus 1st 2 pick on o line.

We'll see how this plays out. If he can play at 80 percent at the level that he played while he was with the Saints, that would be a win. He should be hungry to prove himself.
