2023 NFL Draft

Post#1 » by Celtsfan1980 » Sun Sep 25, 2022 1:00 pm

Due to us being in horrible cap shape next year trading away some stars for first round picks is possible. We should still be looking at the first round. Who do Browns fans like?

Assuming they're trading players next offseason for cap space, our two great players who are having great seasons about half way into the season Myles Garrett and Nick Chubb would be the obvious candidates. I do not know how much cap space they'd save though.

If you trade Garrett they'll have an obvious problem with defensive line. I'd prefer Garrett and Chubb traded for a cheap defensive linemen along with a draft pick or two. Draft BPA. Since I have a lot of uncertainty I haven't really looked at the options available and hope to in the future.

Going on the internet less lately, I haven't even read a mock draft. Other than a few quarterbacks I know little about the players. Maybe I'll have more of an opinion before the draft, but as of right now I have little opinion about the draft(other than that the Bears are not very smart).

I have concerns about quarterback and kicker next season. Since we have no other question marks, I'm hoping for an offensive tackle since we'll need one in the future. This is the first draft in which I just don't care.
