Go Marky, even though he walked Sammy he picked him off to face the absolute minimum batters. A perfect No No.

Go White Sox!!!

Are you kidding? This might just be my take as a Twins fan, but I consider the guy to be a douche.

Congrats to Mark, especially against a good hitting team.

Doesn't count

He did it vs Ian Kinsler, Mike Young, and 7 other AAA players.

I don't know where you got that impression from. Except for maybe Thome (who's probably the nicest guy in all of baseball), I can't think of another player on the Sox that caters to the fans more than Buehrle. He did all that tarp-sliding stuff a few years ago to entertain fans during a lengthy rain delay. Always holds himself accountable and never really spouts off at the mouth as Garland and AJ have been known to do. Reportedly a great teammate. Doesn't sound like a douche to me.

well then how do you explain the comment on how the rangers have a laser system in the outfield to help tip pitches? it didnt exactly sound like a tongue in cheek comment.

yea... lasers in the outfield? I don't exactly hate Buerhle but that sounds like a douche comment to me, not to mention that wouldn't even work. he wasn't holding himself accountable at all with that statement, he was just mad cause the Rangers smoked him that day and he didn't have the courage to say he just didn't pitch well.... with that said, I guess its only fitting that he throws a no-no against the Rangers 2 years later. credit to him for that.

(Hairston was safe at first.)
