I thought it was annoying anyways. Waste of time

I don't have cable this fall so I thought I'd go the antenna route. Turns out my 65" piece of **** Vizio doesn't have a coax input, and a coax to HDMI adapter isn't something that exists. Who the **** has ever heard of a TV without an antenna or even a way to hook one up? Piece of **** ****.
ETA: I need a TV tuner. Duh. Spent an hour looking for a "coax to HDMI" adapter or converter and got nothing. Even called best buy and Vizio. My boss said you need a TV tuner. And of course those are available everywhere.

How new? I've got a couple of Vizio's that are 3-4 years old, with Coax connectors - but they're smaller too. I ditched cable four years ago, and only do cheapo streaming services and antenna. The only thing I really miss are the Bucks games on Fox.

No Lazard sounds like a disaster.

Annoying to face our toughest division opponent Week 1 potentially missing our starting tackle combo and our de facto #1 WR. If it was a situation like last year against the Saints I would be less bothered but these division games are huge. If even one of the tackles can play it would be a big help.

I disagree. I think no Lazard gives Doubs/Watson an outstanding chance to earn Rodgers' trust early on and demonstrate their readiness for an actual role with the team. On the flipside, if either runs the wrong route or contributes to an INT, they're probably shelved for eight weeks. I really hope both slay it when it comes to run blocking during whatever opportunities they are given.
I'm pretty confident Doubs and Watson will each be schemed wide open 1-3 times this game, and no Lazard means a vastly improved chance Rodgers actually pulls the trigger on them. I'm an Aaron fanboy, but I have a lingering bad taste in my mouth how he repeatedly ignored an open lazard in favor of forcing it to Adams against SF, and I really don't want this season to devolve into him forcing the ball to a much less talented Lazard (related to Adams) - I don't think this is likely to happen, but there's enough likelihood it does give me pause.
You gotta make it sexy! Hips and nips, otherwise I'm not eating.

Re: Packers/Vikings Lead up
MLF in year one we opened with a shaky 10-3 win at Chicago. Year 2 we won in Minnesota but it was Covid year, no fans, no preseason. Last year was the week 1 blowout.
I go into this week with low expectations while remembering we won 13 games last year after the week 1 debacle. A division game though is very important. Hopefully the defense comes through. They're a confident bunch, hopefully not an overconfident bunch.

I mean, he has the most rapport with Rodgers, but on most teams he's a middling #2 or good #3 guy.
To me, this WR corps is definitely one that can sustain an injury to one player, as they are relatively similar in talent level (I'm counting Lazard/Watkins and Watson/Doubs later in the year here, Cobb and Amari suck), and the fact Tonyan is back and they have a studly RB duo that can also catch passes.
Now, willl I be surprised if the offense starts slow? Nope. But I don't think it will be because of missing one WR. This team just doesn't have a #1.

Re: Packers/Vikings Lead up
The Rams game last night completely reminded me of us getting our butts handed to us against the Saints. It looked like most their guys weren't ready to play against full speed and physicality of the Bills. With our Oline injuries, I won't be shocked if the offense is fairly stagnant but hoping this defense is for real and the big dogs are ready to eat.
