LMAO. Hey man, if it makes it easier to sleep at night to blame Rodgers for everything, go right ahead. Your loss, not mine
Litterally didn't blame him for anything. Didn't even comment on the game good or bad. Perhaps you may be projecting.

Doubs looked legit. Lazard and Cobbs stepped up big in a couple moments.

Nixon came out of nowhere for a couple big plays. Quay had a couple big plays. Campbell game saving play. Gary was relentless.

Special teams held up despite some BS.

Still a good win even though a lot to improve.

FYI

Bakhtiari played 56% of the snaps (35), Yosh played 44% (27).

Jones played 39 snaps, Dillon 33. They were both on the field for 10 snaps.

Amari was on offense for 3 snaps.

Nixon played 57 snaps after coming in for Alexander (6 snaps).

Stokes, Amos, Savage and Campbell played every defensive snap.

Our rookies on defense played 55 snaps (Walker) and 7 snaps (Wyatt). There were 65 defensive snaps.
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

ST played really well, IMO, they did what is expected except for the fouls in that punt (twice) .

Nixon at the one was huge, and Ford had some good plays at gunner. Who knew bringing in a couple of former presidents was all it took.

I think I saw quay on a punt return tackle too.

Man, Quay moves like a 5-8 dude out there. I'm pretty excited about him. Feel like this defense by the end of the season has a chance to be best in the NFL. DL can move the pocket, two good (one elite) edge rushers and the interior guys can both run. Thankfully Jaire got hurt during a softer portion of the schedule.

The offense should have had at least 21 points, which is solid against that D (top scoring D in NFL so far). That said, the Packers need to have a counter for teams crowding TF out of the line of scrimmage to both stop the run and also due to the fact they don't respect the speed of our WR overall. Watson needs to get back and contribute - if nothing else just to offer a deep threat that keeps the defense honest.

Time to win the next 4.

Defense is the most talented group we've had since 1997. I legitimately can't remember a Packers defense that had this kind of speed though. DeVondre is such a crazy instinctual pass coverage LB, and Quay is a 6'4, 240 lb heat-seeking missile. Gary might get some legitimate DPOTY buzz this year, and it's deserving. Jaire trending towards being an injury prone dude is really the only worry I have right now with this unit. Don't have the DVOA numbers yet, but so far:

6th in scoring defense
7th in passing
18th in rushing

Along with much improved special teams, they've lived up to the billing.

Also, Bakh getting through the game was big, be interested to see how he's feeling this week. I still think we should be starting Tom/Jenkins on the right side and that would complete the line, with Nijman being backup at both OT spots. Newman can take backup OG spots.

Other than the first half of the Vikings game our defense has been outstanding. If they can toughen up against the run a bit more, they are approaching one of the top defenses in the league

Two years out and you basically forget how good Bakh was, then in a couple of plays you remember. Guy is a baller.

No way can we have Nijman sitting on the bench while Newman plays. Get your best five guys out there, have an awkward conversation with Jenkins about moving back to guard for now and run with Bak/Runyan/Myers/Jenkins/Nijman

In the short run this is absolutely correct. I am curious about how Jenkins would react to moving back to Guard considering Guards get paid alot less money than Tackles do.

Hopefully, it wouldn't hurt him too much. He has a lot of tape at both tackle spots and a team can plug and play him at any of the 5 positions on the line. He'll get a nice payday, I just hope it's with us.

I'm curious to hear how Zach Tom's development is going. We heard a lot about him during camp and he's got similar positional flexibility. I remember Rodgers saying he needs to put on some size, so I wonder if that's what is holding him back.

Jenkins seems like he'd do what's best for the team but in a contract year who knows. He'll let Ryan Rubin do the talking.

I mean Green Bay could always agree to pay him like a Tackle too if they plan on him at Tackle long term. But you would think Jenkins would want that bag secured first. Plus doing that would require GB to actually commit to him at Tackle going forward because paying a guard Tackle $ would be a terrible use of resources for a cap strapped team
