Usually try and save my waiver wire 1 for the out of the blue / injury replacement player. Well someone knee jerked dropped Allen Robinson. I know he’s had it rough but I think I have to use it now on him, right? 12 team PPR

Yes. He's still playing like 90% of snaps and they paid for him. That offense can carry two receivers. At the very least you can do a lot worse in your flex while he has #2 WR upside.
