You should see how much it would cost to get a sleep study done to check for sleep apnea. I used to think it was only for people who snore or have obvious physical problems breathing, neither of which describes me, but I still tested out as having sleep apnea and a CPAP has made a massive difference in my quality of life because I don't always wake up exhausted.

I have central sleep apnea and my ASV machine has completely changed how I feel each morning

At first I was pissed because it was 4th and 2 and Dillon was wide open for 3+ yards. But yes, that was an amazing throw. My son and I were so excited.

I couldn't tell if Dillon was as wide open on that play as people were saying, and we have to remember that tacklers often close on him very quickly because of his lack of burst in the open field, but it did seem like Love ignored a few decent check-downs yesterday. Shades of all the deep-happy passing that wasted downs and got him in trouble during his slump, but the balance overall was very good yesterday and of course his deep passes were generally very good ones.

Yeah, I thought Love did a great job of taking what the defense gave him yesterday except for maybe 2-3 plays. Fortunately, that play worked out with an epic throw.

I'm the same way. I'll lay down and my mind races 100MPH. It's just starts thinking about the most random **** like "hmm, I wonder how much peanut butter I have left in the cupboard".

well, how much do you have left?

He said he thinks about how much he has. Not check. I’m the same way, especially after a close game. Like it still takes me a while to settle down after a blowout but my mind takes forever to slow down after a game like that.

Barring a complete collapse in the final 5 games there's almost no way you can call this season a success.

This season was all about figuring out if Love was gonna be the guy for the foreseable future and 2/3 of the way through I think even the most pessimistic fan would have to agree there's plenty to work with there.

On top of that we've seen growth from the young skill position guys and MLF is proving his worth as a playcaller.

This team is poised for a PO birth in spite of their age and whether it happens or not there's lots to be exited about for the future

Guys. 6:30 am is like 7 hours and 45 minutes from now. Go to bed. You’ll be fine.

Ask your doctor about Trazodone. They used to prescribe it for depression, but now use it for sleep too. It will knock you out like NyQuil, but it won't make you sleepwalk and drive your car into Lake Michigan like Ambien.

And as others mentioned, get a sleep study done if you think you have apnea.

I've used Trazodone for years for sleep. It doesn't work as quickly anymore and they've had to up the dosage over the last 15 yeas, but it helps. My routine now is 300 mg of Trazodone when I go to bed, watch something on the laptop as I fall asleep, then an Ambien/Zolpidem when I start to feel myself going to sleep. Without the Ambien there's a big chance that I'll wake up in the middle of the night and no t fall back. Ambien keeps me asleep until the alarm goes off.

Mediation has really helped me calm the mind and be more focused and present but I realize most people will think that's weird

Meditation has only been used successfully for hundreds if not thousands of years. I don’t think that is what is weird in this discussion.

So I did some research into when the last time the youngest team in the NFL made the playoffs. Turns out the answer is The 2009 Green Bay Packers, and before that it was the 2007 Green Bay Packers
Coach Drew: "Milwaukee has always been a team that I have been intrigued by. When we played them, they were a tough team for us to play. Although we did beat them all four times"

Theres one DB marking Kraft I believe 5 yards away and the two who would likely come up to make the play were 10 yards off while Dillon was at the sticks. The caveat is the interior lineman right in Loves face. Unsure if he could have made that throw to drop it in over the top or even see him.

I don't smoke weed nearly like I used to, but it's extremely beneficial for helping me sleep.

So jealous of you guys able to use a CPAP machine. I felt like I was getting strangled & couldn't get used to it. Tried a dental appliance for a while which really didn't help much. Would love to explore the Inspire implant if a local doctor ever gets trained.

I got some Delta 9 gummies awhile back. I haven't smoked in years so the shop clerk waaaay oversold it's possible effects on me. Told me to take half, wait to see if I could handle it, then take the other half.

I ate 3, got no buzz, and fell asleep. It's my understanding D9 is supposed to be the hallucinogenic strain while D8 is the calming but it wasn't that way for me.

My brother has also struggled to wear his because of this. I am thankful that I can tolerate it because it does make a difference and I notice when I fall asleep before putting it on that I feel like a train hit me in the morning

How long ago did you have one? I got one last year with a full face mask. Was pretty easy to get used to. There are some rare occasions where I wake up in the middle of the night and the pressure just feels off, and I need to remove it.

I know how crappy I feel in the morning if I don't wear it though, so I really try to put it back on after a little break.

Yup. When I saw the sleep specialist I told him when I woke up it felt like I was in a boxing match, and I felt more tired than I did the night before. After hearing that and seeing how small my airway was, he could tell I had apnea before even doing the study.

I live in a recreational state and I'm a heavy cannabis user and sleep well but have never really had issues so who knows how much that impacts.

My wife was a very occasional cannabis user and had major anxiety and sleep issues. She spent months of trial and error but found a couple stains of indica gummies that have made a huge difference sleep wise. It's been better for her than any sleeping pills or other things she's tried.

I really think it varies person to person what actually works.

Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside in a cloud of smoke, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming Wow! What a Ride!-H.S.T.

They're two different things and the strains are independent of whether it's delta 9 or delta 8. Enjoyhemp.co is cheap and you can shop by effect. The dosages will likely be too high on a per gummy basis, but you can always just take a knife to them and piece it out that way. They're very consistent which makes it a lot easier than these mom and pop joints with their gummies where they can vary wildly between purchase.

The difference between 9 and 8 is naturally occurring vs. synthesized. In terms of effect, I haven't seen much difference between the two. That largely lies in the dosage and strain.
