That roughing call was something. Light contact helmet to helmet maybe?

Me too. He has a big leg. Sometimes kickers need a bit to settle in.

Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside in a cloud of smoke, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming Wow! What a Ride!-H.S.T.

Carlson seems fine for a rookie.

This defense had a couple good games earlier but now they're just stringing **** to ****. Barry needs to go and he probably needs to take some of the vet "leaders" with him.

Carlson reminds me of former Badger kicker John Hall. Huge leg, handled kickoffs and long FGs, but took a backseat to the weaker-legged, more accurate Rich Schnetzky on shorter FGs. Was considered a fringe NFL'er, and even then only because of his kickoffs, but ended up carving out a really nice career for himself by making just enough long FGs to be a respectable kicker at the end of the day.

A loss here would be the nail in his coffin we need. I don't know if I have ever wanted us to lose a game more as it screws the Bears and helps our longevity.

A good game by Love, the rookies, but a loss is key.

Especially when you have a mobile QB. Have they watched any film on our defense?

He's so much better than Hall.

This game has no bearing on Barry's job. He's done after the season.
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

Boy I thought Love should’ve ran there on 3rd down. Make that decision quicker, and commit to it. It worked out for a TD, but if a receiver doesn’t get open, its too late to run and it’s 4th down.

Love has always seemed like the type of QB who likes to rely on his legs as a last resort. I'm fine with it, should extend his career.
