This was the perfect outcome. No chance Barry isn’t getting fired at this point.

Barry was getting fired anyway. Being happy the Bears are that much closer to locking up a franchise QB is **** stupid.

Or how about being happy the Packers are that much closer to locking up their franchise QB?

I’m ok if we lost but this was kind of ideal otherwise. love drove the field for a game winning drive and our defense W our two starting CBS got torched by the worst offense in the league thus ensuring the firing of Barry. Silver linings

Nothing happened today that makes you feel any different about Love or Barry's job status. Love looked about he's looked all season, and Barry was going to be fired whether they won or loss.

The only thing of consequence that happened was Chicago kept its hold on the #1 pick.

WTF.

MLF has zero control of this team.

The offense has looked good. He's an offensive coach. I get those who say the buck stops with the HC, but did you even read the article? He made sure to let the officials know what the team would do if they won the toss.

Who would ever envision Alexander doing what he did?

Between him and Owens our secondary is full of narcissist.

Trade him to the ravens for Humphrey, him and Lamar are BFFs.

They were 19-14 in his final 2 years (some of that with Ryan Fitzpatrick as the starter) and are 19-12 since he left. I'd hardly call that a meteoric rise.

Blaming MLF for Jaire's gaffe? Come on now.
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

https://www.packers.com/news/key-to-the-game-romeo-doubs-knew-the-stakes-on-game-altering-catch

"Me and you," the second-year receiver told Jones. "We gotta go make a play."
Three plays later, Doubs did just that.

Doubs was clutch today and has been solid all season.

Didn't you say that the Bears got their franchise QB when they drafted Fields?

In other words no QB prospect is a lock

I did think Fields would be better than he's turned out to be, for sure.

I just can’t understand the thought that the consensus #1 pick is guaranteed to be a franchise saver. How many times have we heard this before? And then rooting against the team for trying to make the playoffs. Childish.

I really don't care about what the bears do to be honest. I don't think Love has proved beyond reasonable doubt he's the guy, but I'm not drafting a QB either, and I was the first here to say he might be trash after week two and he went on to have a disastrous half season prior to righting the ship a bit.

He was terrible during that stretch, but “righting the ship a bit” is downplaying how good he’s been since that stretch. He’s probably been a top 5 QB since week 7 or whatever it was. Does the sample size need to be bigger? Yes. But we are looking at probably close to a 3-1 TD/INT ratio and over 30 TD for him in year 1 with a crazy young team with massive missed games by LT, WR1, RB1, TE1.

Yeah, loser mentality, fans who are so concerned about the bears can go and be bears fans.

I was rooting for them to make the playoffs. Then the Giants and Bucs happened.

But hey, big congrats to the fans thrilled about a three point win over the worst team in the league.

Busts happen all over the first round, its about taking the right players. Pretty sure no one is thrilled they played like crap.
5 teams since 2000 have won the super bowl from the wildcard....some packer fans have short term memory loss I think.

Could this be rescheduled because MLF is firing Barry tomorrow? Let’s hope so.

We have no missed games by our WR1, we just don't gave a WR1, Watson is no WR1, period.

I would like to upgrade Watson, but he absolutely is our WR1 just based on how much he forces different coverages, which helps our entire offense.

So MVS would be our WR1 this season too...
