Worth noting, the Vikings already do not have their 3rd rounder this year as part of the Hockenson trade. They will be spectators for all of Day 2.

So basically, 11 and 23 gets you 4/5? I watched zero college football, but is JJ McCarthy a guy you make multiple trades to move up for?

I only watched a couple Michigan games last year but it did not cross my mind a single time that JJ McCarthy was going to be a Top 10 pick. I guess NFL teams are thinking the tools are there and they can mold him into something good.

I like McCarthy a lot. You have to do some projecting because they didn't ask him to do much, but he's athletic, and he unleashed some serious throws when asked to. I wouldn't love the Vikings getting him.

I agree with RS on this one. I like McCarthy quite a bit as a prospect. You probably don't want to throw him into the fire week 1 but I think he has the tools and is quite young so he has time to develop them.
Coach Drew: "Milwaukee has always been a team that I have been intrigued by. When we played them, they were a tough team for us to play. Although we did beat them all four times"

11/23/2nd gets the Vikes Maye or Daniels, so that wouldn't shock me either.

Outside of Reggie, I don't think I've ever seen a D-lineman as physically dominant as him.

I've had many arguments with other Packers fans for having to suggest that it's not a stretch to call Donald the best d linemen ever.

For bring a DT it's nothing short of amazing the havoc that man caused

Just like Barry, he probably had another 2-3 more seasons left in the tank playing at a high level as well. Guess after winning a ring and 3 DPOTY's, he didn't have anything left to prove. Just straight up Jordan'd it.

Except Jordan’s departure was a silent suspension for gambling.

2nd retirement. But that is one of my favorite conspiracy theories.

Return to Green Bay Packers
