Like everyone would have to eat crow....all of us included.

Before the season I thought they'd be a dark horse Super Bowl contender with the defense finally living up to it's potential and Love acting as a game manager. Wasn't right on the details, but do kind of regret not putting a future on them. 50 to 1 before the season started. I think next year could be the play though. They'll open at like 15 or 20 to 1.

There is still time.

The Packers enter the NFL postseason with the second-longest odds to win Super Bowl 58 at +10000. That means a $100 bet would win you an eye-popping $10,000 if they're able to achieve the feat.

I love so many things about this.

I love jaire doing his thing.
I love the reporter completely confused on what just happened.
I love her being oblivious to that being a packer.

And I have new eye candy to follow.

OT: I mean, I shouldnt be the one to judge, but the internet is a big place with better options.... If i was a semi-hot girl looking to make some money, I would just pretend I'm a really big fan of X-team and wear a couple team shirts in my only fans video. Nothing overrates a woman than her having a shared interest. I call it the FRA (Front Row Amy) Effect.

I feel a lot of random women become minor celebrities because they are a sports fan. Like Front Row Amy got a freaking bobblehead, there was a porn star who said she was a packer fan and her name circled packers twitter for a while, Olivia Dunn is obviously good looking but the fact she was a college athelete at LSU made he go from random model to celebrity, There's been a few others over the years.

Assuming Jones has a good game and they don't stymie him early, I think we will move the ball with relative ease against them. My fear is completely on the other side of the ball. Really, we should have Jaire shadow Lamb, but we will likely play soft zone instead. They also have a strong OL and stopping the run has not been our strong suit.

Everyone practiced today (short 1 hour indoors). Way too early to know about Watson, Doubs, Dillion and McDuffie for Sunday but it's something.
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

If it's only minor, he still has three days to rest it.

Barnwell doesn't like GB.

On "Around the Horn" on Monday, ESPN's Ramona Shelbourne wondered whether the Eagles might have been laughing on the inside about losing out on the division title to the Cowboys. The 2-seed means at least one home game and avoiding the 49ers until the conference finals, but playing the Packers feels a lot more dangerous than playing the Buccaneers, given how Green Bay has won three straight to advance to the postseason.

As someone who had the Packers making it to the postseason back in September, I was hoping to see a little more from them during the regular season. Quarterback Jordan Love's development with one of the youngest receiving corps in league history has been a joy to watch, and they have managed to advance despite missing left tackle David Bakhtiari, cornerback Jaire Alexander and wideout Christian Watson for long stretches of the season.

With that being said, the defense is still a concern. Green Bay's 10th-ranked scoring defense is a product of playing a slow pace; it ranks 21st in expected points added (EPA) per snap allowed and 22nd in points allowed per drive. The Cowboys were the only team to run fewer drives on offense, in part because Dallas ran more plays per possession than any other team. Expect this one to be a game in which each team only gets eight or nine possessions.

As Underdog Fantasy's Hayden Winks mentioned on Twitter, the Packers are weak up the middle. Their pass defense ranked dead last in QBR allowed on throws between the numbers (88.2). Guess who slices teams up there? Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott, whose 84.1 QBR on throws over the middle ranks fourth-best in the NFL. Only two teams allowed more yards per throw to receivers out of the slot than Green Bay, and white-hot receiver CeeDee Lamb will get plenty of opportunities there.

It's inevitable that the Cowboys will get pressure on Love. He's the fifth-best passer in the league by QBR under duress, but he and the Packers went 4-6 when opposing defense pressured him more than 25% of the time. The Cowboys hit that mark 14 times in 17 games. Love will make a big play or two, but the Cowboys will wear down the Packers and coordinator Joe Barry won't have answers for Lamb and tight end Jake Ferguson.

Prediction: Cowboys 27, Packers 17

Return to Green Bay Packers
