Dallas Lead Up - Sunday 3:30

Post#1 » by MickeyDavis » Mon Jan 8, 2024 12:22 am

We'll know day/time later tonight. Gotta be prime time.

No expectations, we've already exceeded them.

Great experience to build on for next year when we reclaim the North.

Other than Doubs I think we're ok with injuries. Maybe Watson is ready but I'm not counting on anything. Our receiver group is deep.
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

I don't expect to win, but it's all gravy.

Maybe MM can do MM stuff and get us a win

Love replaces playoff choker and douchebag Aaron Rodgers and leads the Packers to a playoff win over playoff choker Mike McCarthy.

A win here would be an absolute gift from the football Gods for me personally.

Woof, Dallas is tough, but like others have said, this is house money. Some cool story lines forming with McCarthy & the Packers and Goff & Stafford. Looking forward to next week.

I'll be pissed if we lose because we do something stupid.

However, at the end of the day this is pretty awesome no matter what happens vs Dallas.

Making the playoffs in Love's first year as the starter is seriously bigtime.

The Packers are every bit as talented as Dallas IMO, but much less experienced. They've shown all year that they can lose to anyone if they shoot themselves in the foot, but by the same token they can beat just about anyone when they play a crisp game.

They're also healthier than they've been pretty much all year. I'm pretty optimistic.

If I was any other NFC playoff team besides the 49ers, I would be terrified to play this Packers team in a win or go home any given Sunday scenario.

I agree with you that we could lose to anyone and maybe we get smoked vs Dallas next week. But I also wouldn't shocked at all if we beat any of the NFC playoff teams sans San Francisco.

We were all pretty spot on with the Packers and Love this year with predictions.

Always beat Dallas. Might as well get Love his 1 chip right away.

And now we hope we don't get the Monday night game.

Can you imagine how insufferable Troy Aikman will be doing a Packer playoff game against Dallas.

As others have said, the Pack is playing with house money, so go in aggressive and at least a bit creative

Niners and Cowboys were the two teams I didn’t want but whatever. Agree with the house money call

I think the league would prefer Sunday afternoon.

Sunday afternoon is where the NFL typically puts their best game as it gets better ratings than Sunday night. Would be shocked if this isn't 3:25 on FOX.

Really impressive that the Packers managed to make the playoffs this year. Bodes well for the future. Anything extra is gravy, but in a one and done tourney anything can happen.

Will never understand this sentiment. Aikman/Buck are among the best along with Nantz and Romo. Oh boohoo Aikman owned us for 5+ years lol. Still one of the best to play the game and now have him analyzing it.

Aikman hasn't ever been bad to have call a Packers game.

Collinsworth on the other hand.........
