The Knicks are completely outrebounding us so far, and they also have nine offensive boards compared to our four

Who could Diener match up with well though? The part of it that is a joke to me is that Diener is getting this much burn. My biggest problem with O'Brien is that he puts way too little emhasis on defense, hence Daniels and Owens get their minutes squeezed and guys like Diener get too much time IMO.

Who has been guarding Crawford lately. He seemed to get most of his points in the 2nd half

I really hope this is Obie's only season as our coach.

Pacers up 3 with two minutes left. Lets hold on.

Granger33, I have a question, taking into consideration our injuries and everything else, if this team had a "great coach" how many more wins would they have? I don't think O'Brien is a great coach y any stretch, but I also don't think this team is very talented. It is tough for me to imagine this team at 500 no matter who the coach is.

Its not about winning the games. Its about his coaching style. He makes poor decisions, doesn't believe in defense, and makes awful defensive mathups.

He doesn't even feel like bringing along our young players.

I have no problem with us losing some games, its his coaching that I don't like. He let Tinsley shoot 18 shots in a row. He doesn't put the ball in Granger's hands enough, I think he trusts Murphy, Tinsley, and Dunleavy more than Granger. He watches a player get hot, then subs them out for rest, when they go back in they never get the ball. Its just bad decision after bad decision. He hasn't shown me 1 reason why he should be our coach. Not one.

EDIT: It was nice to see Granger get the ball this time, won't happen for another 10 games though.

Granger

I don't disagree with you. I am ot a huge O'Brien fan by any stretch. I am not as against him as you seem to be though. I like to give any new coach a chance. And to be given a fair opportuity I think we have to see the guy can do with some legitmate players. It is hard to ask someone to put together a puzzel with not enough pieces IMO.

Nice win, but camon Obie!!!

Diogu played fairly well in his five minutes in the 1st half and in the second half you simply don't put the boy in the court. Give some **** playing time to Ike!!!

I'm very happy to see Quis playing well again. I hope his bad knee doesn't bother him again in the season because I think he's a key player for our team.

Usually I agree. It still isn't fun, but at least this year we are looking at a great draft pick for the first time in over a decade, unless you count Johnathon Bender.

Yeah, getting more ping pong balls and playng this thing out is about the only thing left for this team. I don't take losses as hard as I did earlier in the year and in the past. Still it hurts the fan in me seeing this team go weeks in beteween wins. Seeing the Pacers in the W column every once in a while is nice.

Stat of the night- Pacer had 6 turnovers as a team! Whoa. No single player had more than one. Hmm I wonder who didn't play?
