That s where the Watson Hill back court is preferable over the Stephenso Hill combo.

Stephenson is a livewire who will provide buzz AND turnovers AND sloppy offense. I love the kid and hope he stays, but we seem to perform better as a team with him not handling the ball too much.
Vogel is Dutch for Bird.

If Atlanta is going with Carroll and Korver along with just one of the smalls (Teague, Mack, Williams) the Hill/Watson combo probably doesn't work. Particularly if the plan is to continue to have Paul George guard Teague. I can't see both Watson and Hill trying to guard much bigger guys for very long. Gotta think the ATL coach will figure out how to counter that.

I saw HIll guarding both Carroll and Korver last night, neither got much done. Despite all the heat George Hill has received for his defense he's still a stronger defender than Watson.

Zach Lowe did a great article this morning on the Pacers adopting to the Hawks. http://grantland.com/the-triangle/infle ... t-atlanta/

There's really not much more one can say then that. But i will say they still had their issues last night. 52 point first half by the Hawks is not acceptable for the Pacers defense. But they also played with that fire. That #GoldSwagger as they say. It was fun to watch again.

Last season, we blew Atlanta out in both Game 1 and 2 before losing the next 2. So, i guess the win means very little if they don't atleast get 1 win on the road. Atlanta did their job, they got home court away from us. Now the work begins for the Pacers. We'll see what they are made of these next 2 games.
