I like it. There was a time when we matched this guy with that Cavs first we thought we would have. Nice two way contract candidate. He needs that season in the G League.

Are…are we allowed to have wings? Did we have to apply for dispensation?

Seriously, great add this late. He’ll have a chance to make the roster based on position alone, though I guess he could start on a 2 way?

IIRC Brown is one of the top rated athletes in the draft. He also only recently turned 19.

Seems like a good prospect to take a chance on this late in the draft.

theAthletic has a story up on Brown. it says he's great on defense and in transition and driving but needs work on his shot.

In the Hollinger/Vecene run down saw Hollinger ask the rhetorical question why wasn't Brown included in the run on under achieving long athletes that occurred about 20 picks earlier? Anxious to see if we can develop this guy. Three years from now we might look back at the draft the same way we do 2010.

I like the pick of Brown and I expect he makes the team even if it's on a 2 way deal at first.
