Pretty evenly matched game tonight.

Pacers 74-70 at halftime. Luckily Mavericks don’t play defense so Pacers shooting 60% and 47% from 3. Pacers looking better on offense since Tyrese and Myles (20 points) are working the pick and roll successfully. Mathurin shooting better. Everyone else contributed positively.

Pacers 106-88 after 3. Mavericks definitely need to change up their squad next season. Very little help for Irving and Doncic. Very bad defensive team after trading away Finney Smith.

137-120 Pacers win with 9 players in double figures. Siakam and Haliburton double doubles. Myles 20 and Benn 19 points. Great team win against a Mavericks team that is as much about offense as the Pacers are.

Last night watching Mathurin it felt like he wasn’t as active as normal. Still he was effective hitting almost 50% on less contested timely shots.

Tonight we find out he’s out tomorrow night vs Minnesota with a right shoulder sprain.

Possibly he was playing a bit injured last night.
