WEAKNESSES Is not a finisher and carries underachiever tendencies, displaying inconsistent effort and technique. Rises out of his stance and relies too much on his natural power, letting defenders walk him back. Plays too passively and gives more ground than he should. Is late to reach the second level and gives up instead of peeling back to pick off another defender. Hand use is very raw -- not active and does not replace. Could require some time to assimilate a playbook.

BOTTOM LINE A big, strong, athletic college left tackle who might be more naturally suited for the right side in the pros, Richardson is agile enough to protect the blind side if he learns to become a better hand technician. Has the look of a Pittsburgh prototype and compares favorably to Steelers 2011 second-round pick Marcus Gilbert. Has clear, unrefined starter traits.

is our coaching staff good enough to mold him?

we still have a chance.

I have my fingers crossed, he must have injury concerns, no way a 6'7 OL drops this far

from what i have read, this guy has a tendency to be lackadaisical and depends on his raw talent than his own will. a type of player who can be labeled a loser as opposed to a hardworking overachiever.

Jeff Janis is really sliding hard too. it must suck to be a white guy from a division 2 school and questioned of his competition and physical abilities despite of his statistical accomplishments.

I can't believe Colt Lyeria and Tony Denham are still available while Ted Bolser and Rob Blanchflower are drafted for TE position.

only see his height and weight

6'2" 285.
3-4 DE that collapses the pocket?

we have one more shot at Sam coming up.

wonder if we'll spend a pick on him though at this point.
