That's why I love Clemens, you knew the guy would come out with a statement after such a poor performance. He pitches 6 shutout innings and retaliates for the pegging of AROD. The Blue Jays really need to give it up.

Joba looked really sharp out there, and it's exciting to see a youthful pitcher with such nasty stuff.

Jim Brower needs to go. I'm pretty sure Edwar or Britton have better stuff than this guy, and it should be a matter of time before this guy gets his walking papers. If not those two, then Bruney will be his undoing when he returns.

Is Andy Phillips finally starting to cool off?

Towers has no business to calling out Pena. Isn't Towers the guy that nobody wanted at the trade deadline? Pena was a four time gold glover and five time all-star during his playing career, Towers is an average at best starting pitcher. Give me a break.

How bout that time when Duncan scored and ran into the dugout and Torre thought he was going to get plowed as well. Torre's eyes popped out of his head and he jumped out of Shelley's way.

A friend of mine ran into him in a hotel bar in Vermont, arm in full cast. He was alone.

Lay off him guys, if he was a Yankee and taking shots at someone on the Sox we'd love it.

I dont think any yankee would be taking shots at a respectable guy like Pena who did win manager of the year. This guy has major credentials so it was classless.

Pedro Martinez won how many Cy Youngs...Yankees took shots at him.

I'm just saying if someone sticks a mic in your face after a game, you say things in the heat of the moment. George Bush has major credentials....does it make it classless if I take shots at him?
