He’s faster than what you initially said of him regarding his time. He ran a 4.60 / 40. He’s closer to a 4.58 than 4.68. That’s the other major point that you’re missing.
You're really reaching here if we're talking about .08ths of a second. I really don't care either way, he's not on my watchlist.
