Really good game for Mullens. Was especially accurate on the quick slants, and extended the play a handful of times outside the pocket resulting in nice gains.

Was a mini coming out party for Aiyuk. Nice to see him be active and productive.

Reed looks like he's going to miss some time and Mosely left with a concussion, but relatively speaking it seems like they got out of this game in pretty good shape health wise.

Bills got sloppy with a big lead apparently let the Rams score at least two of the TDs very quickly including one off turnover.

Then that last drive, they had two big penalties, 15-yards for both.

That is why they were in a 3rd and 25 and 4th and 9 hole.\

I didn't see the replay of the PI call.

But with the money they've given out to Donald, Ramsey, Goff, Kupp and Woods now, maybe they're thin in some areas.

In their first two wins, apparently McVay was doing a great job of play design, giving Goff easy first reads and they were racking up a lot of yards on creative screen passes. They run a lot but also set up boot actions for Goff to have time to throw. Smart way to minimize relying on the OL with this type of play design and game planning.

This was actually a big win, as they were decimated by injuries and on the 2nd half of a 2 week east coast road trip. That has to make the team feel really good moving forward.

All the injuries are actually a positive in the sense that it gives a chance to the 2nd and 3rd unit guys to see some live action and build confidence. As the team progressively regains its health, that experience is only going to help strengthen the effective depth throughout the entire roster.

The 49ers' 36-9 win over the New York Giants on Sunday didn't just improve their record to 2-1, it also made NFL history. This was the first 36-9 score ever.

Great overall performance. Aiyuk looking like a keeper and Kinlaw starting to make his presence felt. Ross Dwelley had a nice game too. No need to hurry Jimmy G back vs Eagles. Nick is more than capable. Also, for anyone keeping score at home, Kerry Hyder has really played well in the pass rush. In 3 games this far he has 2 sacks and 6 QB hits. We need more of that.

We should beat the Eagles, but we can't take them lightly. They still have a pretty good D, and especially a good DL. I don't know how well Mullens will hold up under frequent pressure. But their offense is flailing, especially if Jason Peters is out. And DeSean Jackson, too.

Desperate team.

Wentz may not always be interception heavy either.

Well damn, I guess the optimism Kyle had about Reed after the game ended up being futile.

What a terrible blow for Reed, dude just flat out can't catch a break.
