Brown said it was fake news but I am not really sure how much he could know about trade negotiations. Buffalo seems like such an odd team to get Brown, something tells me he will HATE it there

Twitter is having a field day with this and it is hilarious

Makes sense. Why did Buffalo think AB would agree to play for them in the first place? They are that delusional I guess.

Maybe this was a very well known story and it's a case of me living under a rock in regards to it but if it's not then here's a new-ish diva/spoiled story from Jason McIntyre on Antonio Brown:

He came to Los Angeles in the last 7 months and was on the set of a TV show. They're filming and he goes up to someone and says, "I need to use the restroom." They said, "Ok, we'll show you to the private bathroom."

Brown responded by saying he had to go home because he doesn't use public restrooms.

He holds up the filming of the TV show, he goes home, and "they" follow him home. 45 minutes later he comes out and tells them he's now ready to go back.

Obviously he must have had some kind of acting role or had some active part in a TV show that I didn't know about.

SO many details left out of that, and who knows what the truth really is as there's multiple sides to every story, but on the surface that's amazing. Kind of sad at the same time.

From what I heard they were planning on reworking his contract in hopes that would get him onboard.

Jay Glazer:

"Multiple teams were willing to do a 3 and a 5 - maybe more. The Raiders were the only ones willing to give him the contract and structure AB wanted."

How Antonio Brown’s Trade to the Raiders Unfolded

https://www.si.com/nfl/2019/03/10/antonio-brown-trade-raiders-steelers-news

One team wanting to deal for Brown gave trade negotiations a real shot but immediately bailed when it discovered he wanted to be the highest paid receiver in the game, again, on a new deal as part of a trade.

ANTONIO BROWN
WR, UNSIGNED FREE AGENT

NFL Network's Mike Garafolo said there is "a shot" the Seahawks sign free agent Antonio Brown.

Russell Wilson has reportedly been lobbying for his front office to sign Brown, who worked out with Russ in San Diego on Wednesday. Garafolo notes Brown would love to play in Seattle but that the Seahawks could be waiting for Brown's potential league punishment to be sorted out first. As long as Brown stays out of trouble over the next two months, there's a chance he ends up playing in 2020, even if it does in fact come after a lengthy suspension. A three-receiver set of Brown, Tyler Lockett, and DK Metcalf could force the run-obsessed Seahawks to finally let Russ cook. Brown is reportedly wanted by Lamar Jackson, Deshaun Watson, and other star quarterbacks.

ANTONIO BROWN
WR, UNSIGNED FREE AGENT

Two days after announcing his retirement, free agent Antonio Brown indicated he would like to play in the NFL again.

As stated in our last blurb, Brown wasn't fooling anyone. This is now the third time in the last calendar year that the 32-year-old free agent has not only hung up his cleats, but quickly taken them down hours later. We would expect him to lace them back up for either the Seahawks, Buccaneers, or Washington the moment the league hands down a decision stemming from his recent legal issues. Brown remains a confident selection in Best-Ball leagues since he offers a ceiling others in his range can only dream of.

LAMAR JACKSON
QB, BALTIMORE RAVENS

Lamar Jackson believes free agent WR Antonio Brown is "the type of guy we need in our locker room."

Said no one in the last two years. "I can tell in him he wants to win, We want to play ball," Jackson said in a conversation with team reporters. Jackson worked out with Brown this offseason, and second-year WR Marquise Brown is Antonio's cousin. Brown's 2019 season was full of twists and turns - from foot blisters to a helmet disaster in Raiders' camp, to playing one game for the Patriots before a number of off-field issues derailed his year and potentially a Hall of Fame career. Still, he has a believer in Jackson. Brown certainly will face league punishment if he does sign for a team this season.
