7. Vikings guard Alex Boone was carted off the field in the first half with a hip injury. He is questionable to return.

Joe Flacco has completed 21 straight passes (team record). The NFL record is 24.

And it just ended. Dropped a perfectly placed ball that should've been an easy 19-yard touchdown but Mike Wallace dropped it.

OT: Can the person who argued that Sproles was done in the NFL 2 years ago was dead wrong? I genuinely don't get kicks out of arguing with FANS about what they were wrong on because I've said some pretty stupid things myself but that one got pretty darn stupid.

(I'm waiting to touch some of the Wentz stuff until a later date when the board is dead and needs an intelligent conversation). :)

Albert Breer:

As I understand it, initial belief is that Seahawks QB Russell Wilson has a sprained MCL. More tests coming, obviously.

Wilson thought he could go back in the game, despite apparent MCL sprain/previous right ankle injury. We'll see if he can play thru this.

But Armstead is taller .....and better. Besides look at the Niners defense sacks are as overated as getting first downs on offense is..never mind the fact that Shane Ray is more talented.Baalke knows all look at his awesome drafting record.

Myles Garrett... that's my consolidation... if we're going to have a sucky ass season again then I know it would be worth it cuz we'll land Garrett.... yes.... i believe.

Don't get my hopes up in that department. Think that they'll start eeking out some meaningless games late in the year. Maybe pull out some meaningless overtime wins like last year - just enough to push us out of reach. As terrible as things are, it will realistically be hard to beat the Browns at losing.

Not earth breaking but I did wanted us to get a look at him... he offers possibilities on the field. Maybe not much on the stats for some but need to take the Chip Kelly offense involvement and could wonder what if with him.....

Browns would probably force a QB selection up there...

Ian Rapoport:

Sources: #Texans star DL JJ Watt has re-injured his back and is expected to be out for an extended period of time. Could be the season.

Rand Getlin:

I’m told RB C.J. Spiller has agreed to terms with the #Seahawks. Great landing spot for the former first-round pick.

I don't think the dude has any juice left in him. Wouldn't be surprised if he got cut.

Frank Gore just knocked Marshal Faulk out of the top 10 all-time rushing yards today. He is only 19 yards behind Jim Brown, and should pass Dorsett for 8th all-time by the end of the season. :D

Dang Crabtree is looking good, easily beating single coverage.

If Steve Smith isn't one of your all-time favorite receivers I don't want to know you. Such a pro's pro.

In 3 weeks the 49ers face the Bucs. Gerald McCoy suffered a calf injury for the Bucs today and was quickly ruled out. Calf injuries have a tendency to be nagging issues for players. That could be a big storyline for that game going in.

Noah Spence was also ruled out with a shoulder injury but no word if that one could be serious.
