Sherman probably isn't coming back. That's fine. Hopefully he gets a big contract somewhere and we get a decent comp pick for him.

The proper way to handle things is to wait until the offseason, not tampering around like how Sherman is doing. That can ruin a team’s chemistry.

Some things never change I see lol. This is who Sherm is. He burns bridges. When things are going well, everything is fine & dandy. When they aren't, the Jackass shows himself. Fwiw, I don't want him back.

Someone please remove this trash from our board, please.

Please find any post where I said fire Saleh... I’ll wait, and if it’s some reactionary fanbase why you a fan? Smh. The proper way to handle things is to wait until the offseason, not tampering around like how Sherman is doing. That can ruin a team’s chemistry.

did you read the whole quote or just the headline.

“There are a ton of guys that need to be paid and are coming up,” Sherman said. “Fred Warner is coming up. There are, like, 40 free agents who need to be re-signed. At the end of the day, they have to do what’s best for the majority, for the team. And I got to understand that. And so the numbers are adding up to that I won’t be here, unless something miraculous happens, which would be really cool.”

he alo said "I've enjoyed my time," Sherman told NBC Sports Bay Area's Matt Maiocco. "I've loved every moment of it. And I wish we could continue it for a couple more years, but it's not looking likely."

what he said is true, and anyone who understands our cap situation understands exactly what he means

Just because Sherman acted up in Seattle doesn't mean it happened here. I was skeptical of him coming to SF at first but in his time here I have yet to hear anything negative about him. He is well liked in the locker room and has been a mentor for the younger players. He hasn't publicly said anything bad about the team, coaches, or players. Sherman recent comments are not surprising. The team has some players coming up for significant extensions and younger players to resign. The 49ers don't have a lot of wiggle room under the cap. I am sure there have been talks already between the 49er and Sherman about next season and the difficulty of bringinf him back. There isn't an issue with anything he said.

Looks like Tim Harris will be active at CB tonight. I've been curious to see him. It would be great if he showed something over the remainder of the season.

Not a completion, but Mullens throws a much better deep ball than Garoppolo. Garoppolo wouldn't have even been in the ballpark.

Man, that's REALLY close. First replay I thought no, but that was his hand. I think the ball is across by the time the elbow hits. Lost track of the knee, though.

Two great defensive stands. Wow.

I just don't understand not having the QB under center from the half-yardline.

Hate that play call. I think a jet sweep on 3rd or 4th down to Deebo would have worked well

Every team could use an Olympic high-jumper for those 4th and 1 situations.

Nice TD by Aiyuk. Mullens playing pretty well so far, granted not asked to do too much.

As long as we can run the ball, Shanahan can stick to the extremely safe and simple plays for Mullens. It's all up to the big boys in the trenches to let our runners find some creases otherwise that gameplan fails.

I’m not fooled at all when it comes to Nick Mullens, he’s an Interception waiting to happen & best believe he’ll turn to small dick Mullins & throw 1 some point this game w

We still have a very tough time dealing with mobile quarterbacks.
