Why are we giving 10 yards cushion on 3rd and 6?

Bosa draws a holding penalty, then gets a sack on the very next play

Pass rush, more specifically Bosa, balling out on that possession.

I don’t understand not getting Lance in during a blow out

I kind of stopped paying attention but saw Bosa out there with a little over 3 min left. Kyle does not take guys out soon enough, we are lucky there was no serious injury

Good win against a bad opponent so nothing to get too excited over.

However it's back to back quality performances and they did play a clean game while letting their opponents make mistakes.

Jimmy G was mostly good but had a couple of missed throws especially that Wilson one but I'll give him a slight benefit of the doubt on that one in that maybe he had to throw it over some linebackers which caused the poor throw not him just flat out missing it.

Defense played well but the offense made it easy for them by eating up the TOP with long drives. Still giving up only 10 points no matter the opponent is a good day in the office for the defense.

Wasn't a fan of not going for it on 4th and short in the first drive however I get the logic in not wanting to end a 20 play drive with 0 points. Just seemed close enough that Jimmy could've easily sneaked and got it.

Next week is a huge game against what I feel is a Vikings team that's better than their record and a direct competitor for a WC spot.

While it is easy to overlook this in a nice win, the trouble we have at RT still needs an answer. On the TD pass to Aiyuk, Jaylon Moore gave up a big hit on Jimmy G. After that, Tom Compton played the rest of the game. In just 14 pass attempts, Moore gave up two pressures and a sack. Compton resembles a turnstile more than a solid RT; at this point I think we know what we will get (and not get) from Compton so it is clearly up to the rookie to develop quickly. The Jags game was not a positive indicator for Moore. And Brunskill is...well, he's Brunskill so Jimmy is going to continue to face heavy pressure from the porous right side of our line. At least this takes pressure off of Shanahan and Jimmy for all the cries of "why don't we throw deep more often" if Jimmy is lying flat on his back!

Moore was a 5th round pick so it's expected for him to have some struggles and it doesn't help Brunskill is the guy next to him.

If they weren't chasing a playoff spot I'd suspect he and most of the rookies would be in more right now but they can't afford to really let guys learn on the job which is why I'd guess we'll still see Compton until Moore is at a level they can just leave him in there.
