In a week where you cut the second of your back to back 3rd round RB total busts, how ironic is it an undrafted RB scores and gets the garbage time carries?

I gave them a lot of crap today, but considering they lost CB1 very early in the 1st quarter and some other dudes got dinged up the D held up well overall.

That being said, I'm still waiting on the DL to have a signature game. They go through far too many stretches of invisibility.

I'm not 100% sure as several of the lower ranked tiebreakers would come into play, but I don't think the 9ers have clinched the division quite yet.

Rams have a (very) small mathematical chance if they win out and the 9ers lose out. If that were to happen they would both be 10-7 and split the head to head matchups, have the same division record, and same conference record. So the lower tier tiebreakers would come into play.

Regardless, 9ers magic number for the division is down to 1. And they have higher aspirations anyways .

Good win, you knew that Seattle was going to be more focused and motivated, sine they're fighting for a playoff berth.

Things didn't go their way at the start but gradually superior talent imposed control over the game, with the explosive plays that the opponent was trying to stop.

Would love to play Minnesota again if 49ers finish 2nd. Downside of 1st seed will most likely mean Eagles or Cowboys in the first game

Feels so weird but playoffs can make strange bedfellows!

Would rather do that at home after they play a game vs us going there in the Championship after playing 2 games.

I think one growing issue with regards to Brock MVP is that there are too many football/media types…almost always not ex-players…who have gone on record repeatedly calling him a product of the system that not being wrong is becoming more and more important to them. It’s a bit of a shame that the Eagles game kinda WAS the kind of dump-and-YAC game that those who don’t watch much think is the norm. It was specific to their pass rush, but I think it served as confirmation of bias to many.
All truth passes through three stages. First, it is ridiculed. Second, it is violently opposed. Third, it is accepted as being self-evident.

If the division came down to needing a tiebreaker to beat the Rams for it we absolutely don't deserve it and we wouldn't be winning anything in the playoffs anyways.

Not a perfect performance but will take it. Great teams find ways to win and they did. Kudos to the secondary for playing a great game after Ward went out. To completely shut out DK after that first drive was great. I am thinking the groin injury for Ward isn't that serious as he was able to stretch and run on the sidelines. So probably a grade 1 which may be 1-2 weeks. And Hargrave likely pulled hamstring. Again hopefully mild. Should be able to handle Arizona without them. Save them for the following game on Monday Night vs Baltimore.
