Kicking the FG is the easy call there

Purdy, to me, did not look at all rattled in the first half despite the results, but from the first play of the 2nd half he did. Curious about what the locker room was like.

21 point game doesn't change a whole lot. We've got to show we can mount a drive before anything matters in this one. Need to at least shake off the stink of this a little bit at this point. Bounce back, make some plays, try to get into something of a rhythm. Then it's on to next week.

I fear this offense just folds spectacularly against any real defensive pushback and that has to be a massive concern.

The only way we win the SB is if we don't face an elite defense because I don't see a fix right now for it.

While you don't expect to just march up and down the field against great defenses you do want what's supposed to be a great offense to look functional and against probably two of the best defenses in the league with the Ravens and Browns they've looked completely horrid.

Right now we're just a better version of the Cowboys and we'll look great against bad and good teams but when playing the best we just collapse.

I hear you, and you're not wrong.

But at this point, I'm just hoping to emerge from the game healthy. Isn't a whole lot left to play for

The offense at it's core is not designed to overcome a 21 point lead so this game it's over. Once you remove the smoke and mirrors factor that protects a garbage offensive line (aside from Trent) combined with that with the fact we can't exploit big mismatches it's over.

It's why Kyle is 0 for 30-something being down double digits in the 4th because it's just not built to thrive in obvious passing situations.

Got to move a little faster if we have any chance to claw back into this one. Can't use the entire play clock every down trailing by 21.

I don't know. This team has put together some very quick drives. Now, can they do it three times in a row? Probably not. But not many teams are capable of that against a good defense. Not to mention we'd need the D to get a stop.

Defense has been bad, but to be fair they were constantly put in tough situations with the 4 turnovers/big returns/special teams penalties.

Game has been so off I don’t even have a good feel for what Kyle’s game plan was.

Playcalling hasn't been stellar in this one, either.

So bad. Curious to see the All-22 on this one. With the pressure they are sending, what are our receivers doing???

It can put together quick drives when Kyle is able to use all the tools in his tool box to keep defenses off-balanced.

Once we get in situations where it's obvious we have to pass and running isn't an option and play action isn't going to fool anyone that's when the offense just falls apart because the passing attack is the weakest designed part of the offense and the offensive line can't block when the defensive line just pins it's ear back and goes for it.
