Astros at Brewers (3 game series 20/21/22)

Post#1 » by RaoulDuke79 » Fri Apr 20, 2007 7:05 pm

It's that time of year again, time to kick some Brewer ass!

Who do you have in the sausage races? I am going with the Italian sausage I think, but not sold on him yet.

Game 1 tonight, 4/20!

Albers just called up to face off against Ben Sheets (1-2 with a 5.85 ERA)

Sheets is one of those guys who sometimes can shut us down completely or can end up getting lit up. I am leaning towards us doing some damage to him because it seems he has struggled a bit so far, and I like what our offense is doing so far.

I'd add the probable lineups and some pictures but I'm a bit busy so this will have to do for now!

Except for this:

TWINKIE POWER!

Wheeler needs to get me some saves so I can get points for my fantasy team. So Go 'Stros! :D

Awesome, lets take care of this and put the Brewers in their place, and where they belong.

Great start by Albers, man this board would be so much fun if all the ppl from the Rockets board posted here, but oh well, I hope more fans come after Basketball season is over.

Albers hasn't been fantastic tonight but I'm happy with how he has pitched so far. The 3 walks annoy me, but for his first start this year, for a young pitcher, he's looked pretty good. He's given us a chance to win so now we need to score some runs!

Come on, lets get some run support. Our bats have been extremely quiet tonight. Albers is doing a respectable job. It would be a shame to waste this.

Well that didn't end the way I was hoping, lol. Burke has been VERY disappointing. Is this what us fans have been clammoring for? Ugh..
