In what has been a long awaited move, the Tennessee Titans announced that they will move on from general manager Ruston Webster. Webster wasn't fired because his contract was up at the end of the season. This was really the only choice for the Titans to make after Webster compiled an 18-46 record as the general manger of the team.

The Titans also announced that they will begin the search for their new head coach with Mike Mularkey being one of the candidates for that job. I am fine with Mularkey being a candidate. I am not fine with him ultimately getting the job.
