Finally started to knock down some shots. Kawhi will get it going in the 2nd half. Or they shut him down early as I'm sure he's playing against the Lakers tomorrow. I think we got something with Kobe Brown. Maybe he's one of the reasons the front office were sure of themselves with the unloading of three power forwards in the Harden deal

Damn, I hope so. But I think they were all done here anyway. Batum is tired but will help the Sixers with his smarts; Mook might have a rebirth returning to his hometown; and you should have heard the Philly sportstalk guys laughing today how they ran RoCo out of town in his first stint there. Every bit as much how Clipper Nation d-bagged and scapegoated Mook.

I'm trying not to expect too much from KobeKobe. But if he can shoot some three, bang around at 240 lbs., get a reb or two, and give us just 10 mpg in rotation minutes, he's gold.

Hope you guys are right about Leonard. Only 6 shot attempts is weird. But I’ll believe he plays a b2b when I see it.

haven't done a longform version of my thoughts on it yet but paul george looks transformed from last year.

gone are his ill-fated drives to the basket. instead he's just getting into spots better, taking better shots, and dribbling and passing just enough to do his thing. he's SO much more efficient right now.

The rest are nice, but seriously, you can win 50 games with just those 3. Then add Beard and another captain in PJ Tucker, and you can beat anybody.

Kobe Brown is showing enough flashes that maybe he can be the servicable PF who can play about 15-20 competent mins and help spread the floor for the others, i was hoping Diabate was gonna be that guy, but so far he's not. PG13 went supernova after his atrocious 1st quarter. Kawhi looks horrendous all game. Westy after rightly deciding since he cant shoot 3s tonight, he'll relentlessly attack the rack and make good things happen. The rest of the main role players in Zubac, Plumlee, Bones, and Powell all had solid to great games.

It's a good sign that the Clippers can win games even when Kawhi was a complete negative on the court. If the team is adding 2022 playmaker Harden who was an all-nba team snub and have its core players be healthy in the playoffs, theyre gonna be tough to beat.

32-34 mins for all the main stars, is the best one can do for load management. Kawhi should sit tmw, if he's really feeling out of sorts.

Having Russ at the start of the season not to mention how well he's playing takes a huge load off PG. Remember how he's been trying to run the point and turning it over for the past two seasons. Now its just getting to his spots, making shots, and focusing on defense.

Ty agrees. He snuck KobeKobe in for 19 minutes, the most of any non-starter except Powell and Plumlee.
