Cassell with the shot at the buzzer but it looks like it was still in his hands. The refs will end up reviewing. The verdict is that it doesn't count. Clippers are up 49-48 at the half. We're shooting good (56%) and Sam is having a great game and scoring all over the guy he calls rookie. Suns have their 3-point game going for them tonight and have knocked down 6 in the first half at just shy of 38% I gave the Powell signing a lot of flack at the beginning of the season but the guy hustles and he knows how to rebound. I'm glad that he's continuing to grow and improve. He's partially guaranteed over the next 3 years but may very well be a great pickup for cheap if he continues to play well. Kaman is not having a great shooting night but is hitting the boards. I'm happy for him to be playing given his status before the game. In the 2nd half we need to keep attacking the boards, deny 2nd chance opportunities, and stick to them out on the perimeter. Let's Go Clippers!

Not a great possession to finish the quarter but we head into the 4th with the 9 point lead. Sammy is playing like an MVP. 12 more minutes guys. One of the best (if not best0 3rd quarter for the Clips all season. We outscored the Suns 25-17 and even when they were making a comeback we played strong and regained a solid lead.
