Bones/Boston are a terrible combo on the court

kobe brown is actually such a solid player given his draft status and age, really fun to watch him play and do all these neat, glue-guy, role player things. feels like he'd be helping the team quite a bit if he hadn't been supplanted by coffey.

Wow, solid win. Glad to see that the starters all played under 30 minutes for the game. Time to rest up for the Cavs on Monday who are 9-1 in their last 10 games. Should be a good challenge for the Clippers.

HUGE WIN for the team.
Gave Boston only their 2nd home loss of the year and we did it on the 2nd night of a back to back. Clips can sweep this road trip. We also went to above.500 on the road.

Would be nice to keep the winning streak up going to the All-Star break.

We have 13 of our remaining 39 games vs the current Top 5 seeds in each Conference. So, plenty of challenges to end the season. We have a legitimate chance to get to 60 wins and the #1 seed in the West. The bench has been getting lots of reps. So, our top guys shouldn't have to play tons of minutes vs the bottom tier teams. This is the time of the season when the back end of the bench has to be given minutes and produce. The season is a journey and we need everyone contributing when they are on the court.

Glad Norm and Russ were rewarded with limited minutes tonight. They have been huge for us off the bench and a key part of our success.

Minnesota is in a dog fight with San Antonio right now. Their next game is against the thunder (so win win for the Clippers). Denver's next game is against Milwaukee and I'm pretty sure they play the Thunder next week as well.

Update: Minnesota lost. Wemby kinda choked at the line but they made enough plays to pull it out. Minnesota is a good team, I just wonder if they have enough firepower to compete with PHX, Denver, OKC, and the Clippers.

Sorry I missed this game but feels like we’re the best team in the league! Always trying to be subjective in that as well. I know we both didn’t have our centers.
Great win. Clippers 2024 champs is what I’m dreaming of now

Should it be a challenge?

Cavs started their current 9-1 stretch by playing the Wiz (twice), Spurs, Nets and Bulls all @Home (except the Nets game in France.)

They played Mil 3 times (2-1). Looks good except the Bucks had big internal issues. The other 2 games were Alt and Orlando.

Orlando hasn't scored above 109 since over their last 9 games. Atl is terrible at home.

Good stretch of the schedule for the Cavs, so they are riding some momentum.

Spurs with the assist. We are now 1 game back from Min, but that is because of 2 less games played.

Min and OKC play each other Mon and OKC plays Den on Wed. We play Min the game before the All-Star break.

#1 seed by the break is a strong possibility.

Got home by halftime and we were already up by 16 and gave up only 39 points in the first half. Then we came out RAGING and won the 3rd quarter by 15.

That's up by 31 after 3. 91-62. Never saw a Clippers team play defense like this. Switching like a well-oiled machine, then collapsing in the paint with 6 arms up.

We were already the #1 offense of late. This team is gonna get plenty of easy baskets with Beard running the show. But tonight we were elite on defense, and that you can bring every night.

Plumdog/Theis went 12-13 from the field. They are both better switchable bigs than Zu. I think we keep rolling. Zu isnt the component that makes this team great. Its Kawhi/Harden combo that works so well. Harden gets people in positions to be successful and Kawhi is a one man wrecking crew right now on both ends of the court. The rest of the guys including PG just need to fill in all the gaps and not try to do to much.

Great team win!

I am not in the locker room and do not know anything but this felt like a pay back game as well as a statement game.

KaWoW came to play. Everyone did.

Glad the starters got to sit out the 4th and reduce wear and tear.

This was also a combination of what looked like the Celtics did not make shots early but eventually it was the Clippers defense that was suffocating.

Lue said post-game that the team felt they owed Boston one from the game in LA. PG was questionable to play but wanted to play to see how the Clippers stacked up with them. The team is locked in and are taking losses personally and playing with a chip on their shoulder. I love it

^^This. That may have been the most satisfying win I've seen as a Clipper fan in a dozen years or more. We're taking things personally on the court, which I think is a good thing. It means we have certain expectations of ourselves and want play up to them--which is exactly what we did last night. It's not just "a" game, or "a" team--it's their games and their team. Taking ownership of that has put us at another level.

Certainly a welcome change from the BS we had to sit through last year.

Detroit with the assist? Up 14 in the 4th right now against OKC

Regular season matters. It's where you build your identity. You just prove it in the playoffs.

It's not like the NFL or MLB, where a wild-card gets hot and snags a title. The NBA and NHL are a slog. Seven-game series are a test of character, not just talent.
