Recently on his podcast, "Pat Bev" described Griffin's offputting demeanor after inking a max-contract extension and the behavior that eventually saw him traded to the Detroit Pistons.

"Chris Paul was gone, Blake Griffin just signed a massive deal. We are in training camp first day, there was a big argument between Blake Griffin and Doc Rivers. 'Not having that sh*t this year Doc.' So from day one I'm like damn okay. I was coming down the court, couldn't get the ball to Blake at the angle that he wanted. He was like 'Give me the f*cking ball'. I'm a pro, I get into the locker room and I'm like 'Hey man, you don't have to talk to me like that," Beverley explained.

It's obvious Griffin's days were numbered in L.A., given the tension already present during training camp. The power forward was eventually dealt to the Pistons in a trade that included Tobias Harris, Avery Bradley, Boban Marjanovic, and draft compensation coming to Los Angeles.

Yes. Every single one of them is a failing effort. I didn't like our current logo when it was introduced, but I'm used/numb to it at this point. These mock-ups are freshly awful. Ech.
