I think the Clippers will have a top 4 record but could do it and be 5th due to Portland winning their division.
If the Clippers get to 3rd, I certainly wouldn't want San Antonio to be 6th, so it would be nice for them to also eclipse Houston in that scenario.
Houston has 47 wins, 23 losses with 12 games left to go including tonight, and Dwight just returned. SA has 44 wins and 26 losses with 12 games to go including tonight. SA and Houston play each other twice before the season ends, and are 1-1 so far.
SA ideally would need to take both games vs Houston, and win about 10/12 to get them to 54 wins. Houston would have to go 7-5 and and lose 3 of the games. Losing tonight would be a start, then we're looking most likely at @Dallas or @OKC along with losing both to SA right after each other. I don't know, we'll see.
Clippers after tonight will be at 47-25, 10 games remaining and will need 8-2 to get past both Houston and SA if they get to 54 wins. So they need to beat all the poor teams and then go at least 2-2 vs Golden State, @Portland, Memphis and @Phoenix. So most likely the Clippers will get to 8-2.
55 wins seems like the reasonable expectation for seasons end. 56 or 57 would be extra.

Well at least the bench can get some minutes to finish out the game
I've been an LA Clipper fan since 1998 and that will never change. I hate our new logo and jerseys!

Glad that Clippers took care of business against the Knicks, onto the next game.
