same sheridan who guaranteed that the clippers wouldn't make playoffs after trading for cp3
It can be argued that Sheridan's credibility as a journalist in reporting the news obtained from sources he has is separate from his intelligence as an analyst in providing that shoddy take. Having said that, I'll concede that I have a low opinion of Sheridan on both counts.
Still, it wouldn't take a leap to believe what he is saying. Howard is notorious for being a prima donna whenever the spotlight isn't shining on him and has voiced his displeasure previously with the idea of being a sidekick [see Kobe Bryant & the Lakers]. Both Howard and Harden have been accused by teammates for being selfish and lacking in leadership [see Chandler Parsons and Donatas Motiejunas].
With the failure to launch in Houston, is it really hard to believe that Howard is throwing another tantrum when things are not going his way again? I have to think this is true regardless of who is reporting it because I find it harder to believe that Howard and Harden are getting along swimmingly with the Rockets crashing rather than there being animosity resulting from built-up frustration.
