Peg or sphere, Westbrook has been a good teammate through and through. He signed off on bringing his former teammate Harden to the Clippers, and when the losing streak kept growing upon the formation of the Fantastic Four, he gave up his starting spot to Mann and they started winning again. Yet, he still doesn't fit, even after voluntarily demoting himself to role player?

We knew there was a fear of broken chemistry if the trade went down, but it feels more like a difference between courageous talent (Westbrook) and gifted talent (Harden), and Clippers have a tendency of preferring the former because of their losing history and ties to the underdog. If Westbrook doesn't fit, why did they still keep him? Are you suggesting he should be a DNP-CD?

I don't think he should sacrifice further for the team anymore. His heart and hustle superstar style befits the bench, and that's good enough for me.

Really hoping Bones can capitalize on this situation. He was looking pretty good at the beginning of the season but also pretty bad in the garbage time minutes after the Harden trade.

I'm not too worried about the garbage time, he already has a propensity to shoot and with only garbage time he was gonna try to make the 'most' of the minutes. We'll see how he does.

Sad to see Russ got hurt but excited to see more Bizzy. Russ gives you energy and hustle, but also bricks everywhere. Bones is a shot maker and in my opinion, better playmaker than Norm. Will be interesting to see how he plays along side Norm.

We’re gonna miss Russ’s hustle, rebounding & defense more than anything.
But I too wanna see what Bones can do with his opportunity.

Mann looking way better lately. Aggressive to score when it’s there and we need that.

Don't fool yourself. If Bones coud defend, he wouldn't be planted firmly on the bench. Anything better than a terrible plus/minus is a bonus. He will probably hit some shots that Russ regularly misses, but he is giving up those points on the other end. Doubt Kawhi will play on the court with him very often.

Harden, Norm and Bones on the floor together is something no one should want to see, but Ty will use.

Russ is shooting 37.8% over our last 10 games, and 15.4% from 3. Them's pretty ugly numbers. Just sayin'...

BTW, in plus/minus, Powell is dead last and Kawhi is just above him, and Coffey just above him. Not a good sign. The Clippers are 5-5 over that span [4-5 WITH Kawhi] and a net minus-2.7 ppg. The only ones in the plus are PG and Zu. They are sorely missed.
